Sometimes when I sit here to write blog entries, all sorts of cheesy things come to mind and I know that most times they do make it in my writing. But today, I will refrain and try not to talk about how I’m probably going to actually start a war with all the delicious newness I have going on in the picture above. So, don’t worry because I’m not going to say it.
I also won’t mention how Mr. Bear here is ready for war because he’s got a gas mask. Though, I will tell you he is from yumyum and the pose is by elephante which they did in sort of a collaboration. Then I won’t tie in the fact that the pants I’m wearing are a collaboration between Cynful and lil’lace and that they are a part of the upcoming Dressing Room Fusion. Nope, not going there. However, I will mention that my top is new from Vershe and the jacket is also a new release from Corvus. Do you see how good I’m doing? In addition, I’m pretty sure the hair is a new release from Elikatira who has updated her hairs to use a HUD. Yay for less inventory 😀
Well, there you go. A blog post that’s not random and is not cheesy what-so-ever. It was tough, but I did it.
It’s been a while since I have blogged anything just to blog it. Which is ironic and sad all at the same time given that I spend most of my time putting outfits together out of various articles of clothing. This outfit is definitely something I would wear on a normal occasion. It’s girly, flirty, casual, and you could dress it up a bit more if you wanted. All in all, I will call it perfect for me.
It’s not every day that an outfit makes me smile like this one. There is nothing out of the ordinary or ground breaking about it, but it still has this effect on me. Maybe it’s the simple fact that I would have worn while I was in college. The flared jeans, layered tops and flip flops (that Georgians live in year round) bring back a lot of memories. You know, the days when you could roll out of bed and get to class in your pajamas. Man, if only the real world was like that.

It’s been a long time since I’ve fallen in love with a pair of jeans in Second Life. In fact, the only pants I usually wear are leather ones or dressy ones. Then Cynful came out with these little beauties. Born from a collaboration with lil’lace, the Bell Bottoms have fast become a staple in my wardrobe. I am actually wearing them right now in SL, albeit with a different top and shoes.
The ability to mix and match Cynful’s line of clothing is where the magic actually lies. Not only that, but she releases each item in a ton of colors which means that you’ll never have a problem finding something to match. For those of you permanently attached to your implants then you can find appliers for most of her shirts and dresses as well. But don’t take my word for it, check out the images below. And after that, go shop because you know you wanna. 😛
